Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms are between you and Antonio David García Alhambra, NIF 21801680A, at Av. Pais Valencià 4, 12590 - Almenara, Castellón, Spain, the operator of LevelApp. By using LevelApp or the LevelApp website, you agree to these Terms.

If you download the iOS app through the App Store, Apple platform terms may also apply. These Terms govern the LevelApp service itself.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LevelApp. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for digital services and you are below that local age, you may use LevelApp only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The service

LevelApp helps users discover games and events, track wishlists, manage save files, log gameplay sessions, view profile statistics, and receive requested notifications.

The public website currently provides shared game pages and legal information. It is not a full web app.

LevelApp is free at launch and does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are added later, we will provide the applicable terms before purchase.

Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that happens through your account.

You must provide accurate information where required and keep your contact details usable for account, security, and legal notices.

Your content and data

• You keep your rights in content and data you add to LevelApp, such as profile images, usernames, save files, gameplay sessions, notes, and wishlist data.
• You give LevelApp the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the service.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you add to LevelApp.

Acceptable use

• Do not use LevelApp for unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, harmful, or security-compromising activity.
• Do not upload profile images, usernames, notes, or other content that infringes rights, impersonates someone, contains illegal content, or harasses others.
• Do not interfere with LevelApp, scrape or overload the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer non-public APIs, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use LevelApp in a way that violates applicable platform terms, including Apple, Google, Firebase, or third-party store terms.

Third-party content, data, and links

• Game, event, platform, review, pricing, offer, image, video, and store data may come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed by those sources.
• External links may take you to third-party stores, platforms, or websites. LevelApp is not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, purchases, refunds, privacy practices, or terms.
• LevelApp does not currently sell games, process purchases, or provide refunds for third-party stores.

Account deletion and enforcement

You may delete your account from the app where the deletion flow is available. Account deletion is intended to be immediate and permanent for product data under LevelApp control.

We may suspend or remove access, content, or accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or action is needed to protect users, LevelApp, providers, or legal rights.

Changes and availability

LevelApp is evolving. We may change, pause, remove, or limit features, supported platforms, public game pages, or integrations. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

Disclaimers

LevelApp is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, complete third-party data, or that external links and offers remain available.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevelApp and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-data damages arising from your use of the service or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
